Do you offer catering?
Yes we offer both large order pickup for DIY parties like birthdays and graduations, and also full service catering for larger occasions like weddings. We also have a food truck for outside events and corporate parties. All of those menus can be found at the top of our page under Menus.
How many Days ahead do I need to order for catering?
For large order pickups at the restaurant, we ask for a 3 day lead time. For full service catering we start booking next years events in November, and usually have our weekends for the summer booked by the end of May. Do you Take Reservations?
We are a counter service restaurant with about 40 seats that are first come first serve. We turn over every seat in the restaurant about every 17 minutes. So even on our busiest days, by the time you get your food a table should be ready for you, we ask that you don't grab a table and sit there for a long period of time before you get your food as you are taking a table from someone else.
Do you serve alcohol?
We are BYOB. We have a lot of great breweries around us and want you to enjoy what you want to drink. Sometimes our line gets long waiting to order food, so why not break out a beer and start a conversation with those around you waiting in line.
Everything is already cooked, Why is your wait time after I order over an hour?
I know waiting in line to order and then waiting again to get your food sometimes up to two hours can seem ridiculous, but it takes us up to 24 hours to smoke some of our meats. We are not fast food by any means. We have a bunch of items that are cooked to order and we try to take our time making sure everything is right. When we have a line out the door, the phone ringing, and online orders coming in, we get busy and tickets can back up. We never stop hustling and the people standing in the restaurant are our priority. Once you get your food, you'll see why it was worth the wait. We also like people to think about when they show up to a sit down restaurant without a reservation, the amount of time it takes from when you put your name in, until you actually get your food.
Do you have gluten free options?
Boy do we!!! All of our meats are gluten free and most of our sides as well. Our staff is very well trained on the ingredients in our menu items and would be happy to help you navigate allergies or intolerances.
